I have noticed within the last several months my body has been changing, from hot flashes, night sweats, abdominal pain, long periods to short periods heavy flows, the worst back pain ever, swelling of the gum, joint pain the list goes on.

i knew somebody that went thru it at 26 but that was after hysterectomy. you can hit it in your 40s, but more common in 50s. sounds like you've got a lot happening. might want to see doc for labs that can tell if your hormones have changed enough to do this to you. some of that sounds like transition to menopause but not all of it.
