I am 49 yrs old and have always had regular periods. My last period was almost nothing. No cramps and hardly any bleeding at all, just light pink and sometimes a little brown. Is this a symptom of menopause.

It is one of many symptoms. Do you have hot flashes. At your age you very well could eb going into menopause. My wife stopped having periods when she was 47.
