I have started breaking out in these red bumps, never before have I even had so much as a pimple on my body. Now, these red bumps keep popping up everywhere( except my face thank god).Even on my forearms. Ihave been under stress, and I am going through menopause. Has anybody had this happen to them. They are kinda painful if you touch them

it might be exima... do they itch? or it could be like tiny pimples.. you should see the dermatoligist.

Unless they itch a lot, it's probably keratosis pilaris. It's simply when your hair follicles clog up. It's very common, so don't be alarmed. I have it myself. There is no cure for keratosis pilaris, but you can use special creams to make it better.
