5 Things You Need to Avoid to Get Relief From Your Yeast Infection

A quick and easy method for yeast infection relief is probably what is on the mind of most people suffering from this annoying condition. Yeast and fungal infections can be quite uncomfortable and even downright painful!

Garlic has great antifungal, antiviral and antibacterial properties. If the infection is not in a sensitive area, you might try applying it topically, but if you eat enough garlic everyday, you will find that your yeast infection clears up automatically and you will not be prone to them anymore.

Oregano oil. Oregano oil is another powerful agent for knocking out pesky bacteria and fungus. When taken internally, it boosts the immune system and makes a great home remedy for the common cold. If you purchase as an essential oil, show caution: oregano oil really stings if you do not dilute it. Since it is so strong, I recommend starting with one drop of oregano oil per two ounces of carrier oil. Do not take the essential oil internally - there are food grade drops and capsules available at natural foods stores.
