How can a 45 yr old woman in menopause lose stubborn weight?

I have literally tried everything... 3 personal trainers, all sorts of diets, running 1 hour per day and high protein, juicing, etc.. NOTHING works! I have gained 30 lbs of blubber and it just won't come off. i had a physical and all is great.. nothing medically wrong with me. Is there ANYONE out there with tried & true experience on HOW to lose the weight?
