I want a Bigger Booty - a few tips on how to get a bigger, sexier booty

You are not alone, a lot of women want a bigger, rounder and sexier booty. So you have probably told yourself already "I want a bigger booty" but how do I get one?

The answer is: a combination of different methods and exercises will give you a bigger booty.

Start out with some activity, put the muscles in your buttocks to work. This will stimulate your butt muscles to grow bigger, firmer and rounder. The buttocks are fairly easy to train as we use them all the time when we walk, run or jump.

There are some really good and fun activities you can do that will work your buttocks really well. They won't take much time and they are also free of charge.

Jump a rope. Jumping with a rope is great for your butt (and also for your legs and heart). Vary the speed and intensity of your jumping and also alternate by jumping on one leg at the time as this will increase the resistance

 

Running up stairs. Running up stairs also works your butt well and you can do this in your everyday life, simply by avoiding elevators and taking the stairs instead. You can run up and down a little until you feel some strain in your butt and legs. If you don't have any stairs where you live, you can do step ups instead. To do step-ups you need a bench, rock or log (or anything else stable enough to support your weight) You then step up on the bench until your leg is straight, you go down and then up again. Alternate your left and right leg

 

Frogsquats is a good exercise to. They are just like ordinary squats but you keep your knees apart (so you are forming a v with your legs), lower yourself slowly until your legs are parallel to the floor, get back up and repeat until you feel strain in your butt and legs.

These are but a few useful butt building exercises, there are many more but these will get you started.

Now to add more volume to your butt and to make it bigger and sexier you should also add some fat to it. A big, sexy booty is made of strong muscle but also fat. The fat add some volume it while the muscle keeps it firm and well shaped.

There is a way of moving body fat from other parts of your body to your butt, using a skinbrush.

Combine the various exercises with this method and  a good healthy diet and you will soon have a bigger, sexier booty.
